CAESY Enterprise Support

CAESY Enterprise on The Edge server is the result of high-level software programming that allows multi-user and multi-tasking capabilities on this premiere patient education system.

As technologies continue to advance, the software is being continually modified and improved with new features and improved usability. In addition, CAESY maintains its place as the leader in patient education by releasing updates each year with new multimedia presentations to keep the content current.

In order to provide a consistent level of technical support, we encourage all of our CAESY Enterprise users to maintain membership in the CAESY Enterprise Update and Support Plan.

Membership includes:

  • One to two updates per year at no additional charge
  • Each version of CAESY Enterprise is an improvement on the one before, with more functionality, features, and content
  • Customer suggestions for new features and presentations are implemented in new releases
  • Programmers focus on usability, programming the software to increase its effectiveness and efficiency
  • You receive each update on installation discs, and can always be sure that your patient education is current
  • Unlimited FREE telephone technical support
  • On-going hardware support
  • If The Edge server ever needs to be serviced, you'll receive a replacement server to keep your system up and running as efficiently as possible

At the end of the support term elected at time of initial purchase, your update and support will continue without interruption unless you advise us otherwise.
