Update Savings Plan on DVD
The Update Savings Plan is the easiest and most cost-effective way to ensure that your patient education software remains up-to-date.
You will automatically receive each update as it is released. Each year when we update the software, we reproduce the current version in its entirety, and then improve upon it by adding new images, new presentations and new features. Because of this, the update that is sent out is meant to replace your previous version of CAESY. Your previous licensed software must be exchanged for the new, updated software.
In order to provide a consistent level of technical support, we encourage all of our CAESY Enterprise users to maintain membership in the CAESY Enterprise Update and Support Plan.
Membership includes:
- Annual updates
- CAESY DVD, used in the operatories, is updated every June.
- Smile Channel DVD, used in the reception area, is updated every December.
- Unlimited FREE telephone technical support
- Unlimited FREE telephone training to help you and your staff get the most of your CAESY system
At the end of the support term elected at time of initial purchase, your update and support will continue without interruption unless you advise us otherwise.
